“Barrister” Pink Gin is made according to the original British recipe with delicate distillation. The Irish refreshing Dry gin Silks is hand-distilled in a 500-liter copper pot in the family-run Boann distillery. It is made from homemade apple blossoms, honey, elderflower and 10 other botany and plants. They are leached for 24 hours and then distilled and infused with steam.
