The Crystal clear gin with the aroma of flavouring scale effectively infused with spice and hint of citrus. Taste reveals rich bouquet of spices - coriander, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom and anise.

To accentuate herbal aroma and flavour of Barrister gin, aromatic spirits are made from each ingredient and then mixed in special proportions in accordance with the old English recipe. For the production of Barrister "Old Tom Gin" was used finished gin Barrister which is slightly sweetened for a rounder and fuller flavour. This unique Gin contains aromatic alcohols: juniper berry, fresh lemon peel, coriander, cumin, cardamom, as well as: black pepper, allspice, cubeb pepper, nutmeg and almonds.

Expect a sweet citrus flavour balanced with the hallmarks of a quality gin. Lavender and rose adds some floral notes, while mixing with mediterranean tonic and a slice of orange enhances the citrus flavour. Light sour orange notes, juniper berry and slightly flowery on your pallet and nose.

“Barrister” Pink Gin is made according to the original British recipe with delicate distillation. Juniper, anise, coriander, orange zest, strawberries, cardamom and cinnamon are used in the production of the drink. It also makes an excellent G&T and try mixing it with a splash of Prosecco or adding it to a fruity punch.

Cross Keys is characterized by rich sweetness of wild flowers and trees blooming in short Northern summers. It is joined by the sappy explosion of birch buds and a refreshing hint of mint on the one hand, and anchored by classical spices like black pepper and cloves on the other.
