Barrister blue gin has recently won double medal award in NZ spirit awards 2021 shows it’s a finest quality gin. “Barrister” Pink Gin is made according to the original British recipe with delicate distillation. Juniper, anise, coriander, orange zest, strawberries, cardamom and cinnamon are used in the production of the drink. It also makes an excellent G&T and try mixing it with a splash of Prosecco or adding it to a fruity punch.

A secret of Barrister gin is a separate distillation of aromatic spirits. The bright and memorable taste of Barrister Russian Gin contains gentle notes of camomile, lime tree flowers, oregano and liquorice.
