Shipping & Returns

Dispatch Times:

• Orders received after 3 pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Monday.
• Orders received Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs before 3 pm are normally dispatched the next business day.

Couriers:

• We use NZ Couriers and Post Haste.
• A link with the tracking number is available in your order.
• We do not use refrigerated couriers.

Freight Charges:

• Auckland Region: $8.50 for 1 box (up to 25 kg - 0.040 cubic metre) - delivery within 1-2 working days.
• Waiheke Island: 1 box (0.019 cubic metre) from $35. 1 box (0.040 cubic metre) from $65.
• Rest of North Island: $14.50 for 1 box (up to 25 kg - 0.040 cubic metre) - delivery within 2-3 working days.
• South Island: $19.50 for 1 box (up to 25 kg - 0.040 cubic metre) - delivery within 3-4 working days.

Important Notes:

• Waiheke Island orders have different charges. (See above)
• Orders above (up to 25 kg - 0.040 cubic metre) will incur an extra freight fee. This surcharge is separate from the base delivery fee.
• Rural/Residential Delivery Surcharge: Deliveries to rural or residential addresses will incur an additional courier fee. This surcharge is separate from the base delivery fee.
• We cannot dispatch to PO boxes.

Returns:

• Please choose your products carefully as we do not accept returns if you change your mind.
