Dispatch Times

Orders are normally dispatched on the next available business day.
Dispatch times may vary depending on courier collection times and order volume.
Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Weekend deliveries are also not available.
Orders containing chilled or perishable products may be held for later dispatch to avoid parcels remaining in transit over the weekend.
In particular, chilled orders for the South Island received on Thursday or Friday will normally be dispatched from Monday.

We use NZ Couriers and Post Haste for our deliveries.
Tracking details are available with your order once it has been dispatched.
We do not use refrigerated couriers. Chilled products are packed with ice packs to help keep them cool during transit.

Auckland Region: $9.50 for 1 box (up to 25 kg / 0.040 cubic metre) – estimated delivery within 1–2 working days.
Waiheke Island: 1 box (0.019 cubic metre) from $35; 1 box (0.040 cubic metre) from $65.
Rest of North Island: $15.50 for 1 box (up to 25 kg / 0.040 cubic metre) – estimated delivery within 2–3 working days.
South Island: $20.50 for 1 box (up to 25 kg / 0.040 cubic metre) – estimated delivery within 3–4 working days.

Waiheke Island orders are subject to different freight charges. Please see the rates above.
The freight charge calculated at checkout is based on one parcel weighing up to 25 kg and measuring up to 0.040 cubic metre.
The final packed weight and volume of an order cannot always be determined at checkout and can only be confirmed once the order has been fully picked and packed.
If an order exceeds 25 kg or 0.040 cubic metre, or requires more than one box, any additional freight charge will be calculated after the order has been packed and invoiced separately.
Rural/Residential Delivery Surcharge: Deliveries to rural or residential addresses may incur an additional courier charge. This surcharge is separate from the standard delivery fee.
We cannot dispatch orders to PO Boxes.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier and destination.

Please choose your products carefully, as we do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind.
