    Dry white wine is made from Rkatsiteli grape variety grown in Kakheti region. It is made with the Georgian traditional method, fermented in Qvevri. The wine has an amber colour, complex and concentrated flavours of spices, pears and dried yellow fruits. It is distinguished with full body and balanced aftertaste.

    The wine-making process involves pressing the grapes and then pouring the juice, grape skins, stalks and pips into the Qvevri,
    which is sealed and buried in the ground so that the wine can ferment for five to six months before being drunk.
